Improve usability for multi-customer / project / product environment

When working with multiple customers (organizations), you only need the Users related to that customer to show up in a pop-up screen.

Similarly, a project has been selected, only the iterations and releases assigned to that project should show in the selection bar on the bottom of the screen.
