[Defect] cache prevents AgileTrack 1.1.4 from functioning correctly

Description

I'm having problems creating or updating (in the issues grid) issues. changes are not saved, at least AgileTrack shows so. when I delete cache file it starts to function fine for a while.

I need to investigate this more. I'm going to add an option to disable the local cache saving and maybe that will help.

The fact that change to records don't appear to save makes me think there's another problem happening. Error popups apparently have been broken, but are being fixed in the 1.2.0 release. Maybe that would indicate when a save error occurred.
