[Story] option to show issues only for selected project, excluding sub-projects

Description

it would be helpful to have a filter option to show issues only for selected project. issues in sub-projects are not shown.

this option needs to be where it's visible on the screen next to the issues/projects list. probably best way would be to have a check-box on the screen next to filter drop-downs.
