report column description

it would be cool if for each column there would be a description explaining what's in it, data type (i.e. time is in minutes? hours?). best way to show it would probably be in a tooltip, when user points cursor at the column.

same deal with items (options) in the inquiry. probably can use the same description. I think good way to show description would be it a text box under lists of items. when I click on specific item, it's description will appear in the text box at the bottom.
