Issues Dependencies

It would be most helpful to be able to make one issue dependent on a set of other issues e.g. if an issue blocks another or just need to be fixed first.

With such a feature I can add a dependency to a blocking issue and the one on that issue will also see the dependency and maybe even will be notified.
