[Story] Save sort on issues tab between sessions

Description

I always sort my issues by importance after logging in, so it would be nice for the software to remember whatever sorting you had last time just like it already saves the search criteria.

It might make sense to implement this as a tab on the query, so that in addition to everything else the query has a default sorting.
