[Story] option to change colors for different item states

Description

it would be cool if user could configure title color (font/background) for different item (issue, project, iteration, etc) states (prepare, open, complete, later, won't fix, etc, etc)

I like the idea. Right now states are defined in the database, but there is no interface for editing them. I think when the UI for editing states is written, I'll make color coding a property of the state and then it will all be configurable.
