Add detail before timer start

Currently you can add a time log or use the timer to start a time entry. I would like to be able to enter some detail and then start the timer. Possible solutions:

• Another Start Timer button next to the "Add Log" button that immediately creates a new entry using the given values, with the start time as time – now.
• Do not wait a minute before adding the entry, and do not clobber the detail for a task with the timer running.
