Add project type of Organization

Add project type of Organization. We imported all of the information from our existing, homebuilt, relatively crappy project management system. One of the translations we had to make was to map contacts (not users) to disabled users, and companies/organizations as top level projects. So under each organization is that organization's projects, etc.
