[Story] highlight item under the mouse cursor on DnD operations

Description

when I'm dragging something it would be nice to be sure I'm going to drop it an the right place. the best way to do is to highlight current item on which I will drop item I'm dragging if I release my mouse button. in other words highlight item under the mouse cursor
