[Story] history to show history of changes to sub-items

Description

for example looking at the iteration history I would like to see the history of change to all issues in that iteration (when issues were added, when it was changed and so on)

this would make it much easier to understand iteration progress. this could be applied to project/release/issue (history to show sub-tasks history) as well
