[Story] Provide filters on project, iteration, releases, users lists

Description

As the number of projects, iterations, etc. in the system increase, the management tabs start to have long and unmanageable lists, so filtering will help keep the visible lists more manageable, while still allowing access to all of the data.

I second this. for example when going to projects tab I would like to see all open, or all completed, or all later projects
