AgileTrack.net documentation more dynamic

The documentation provided at AgileTrack.net has been updated. It had previously been entirely static content, but has been moved into the database to provide better maintainability and some additional features.

Comments can now be added to any of the available sections. If anyone wishes to contribute additional information or corrections to the various sections. Comments may be posted.

The documentation is still incomplete, although much has been written. A push will be made to make it complete in the near future.

In conjunction with the new search functionality, in the future the site will be made more fully searchable—issues, forums, and documentation will be searchable together and that should make information a lot easier to find.
