[Topic] Integration with other IDE / tracking tools

Hi,
Can AgileTrack integrate with other tools like
1) Eclipse IDE
2) Other bug tracking tools
3) While creating bugs – can we specify the load in which the bug was found. If no, are there any customizable fields which the user can use?

There aren't any integrations with any IDEs or bug-tracking systems right now. The AgileTrack server has an API available that someone could use for creating such integrations, but it has not been done. The XML-RPC and JSON-RPC interfaces are fairly straight-forward to use for a simple integration. Some documentation is written, though it's not posted anywhere. I'll make it available upon request.

As far as additional fields go, that functionality is intended, but I don't know when it'll be released. Sometimes it's simple enough to just include that particular data in the title or description. The search filter is sophisticated enough that full-text queries can made for such things.
