[Topic] License did not update my account

I first got the trial license for AgileTrack, and then I got multiple user license from AgileTrack and I put it under lib directory for AgileTrack client.

There is no AgileTrack server that I set up. I only allow the client to have access to mysql on the server.

The problem is that after I got the license, every user got one year license, except me which has only one month license. I tried to remove my user account and add it back again, but to no avail.

How do I set up the license? How do I get the AgileTrack to update my license?

This a good question. The license manager will assign an available non-expired license to all enabled users. I assume that the license assigned to your user has not yet expired. At the moment it expires, the license manager should assign you one of the new available licenses out of the pool.

I imagine your user is continuing to use the demo license until then, which is fine.

Keep in mind, that even if a license has expired, your user will not become disabled or locked out. You would simply be reminded to update the license.

If it continues to be a problem, it is possible to manually remove the license from your user so that it gets a new license, but that shouldn't be necessary.

It did not automatically renew the license when it expired. How do I remove the license from user so that it gets a new license?

Adam, I seem to be having this same problem except the old license hasn't expired yet.
