Print or export report data

Right now, the way to print/export report data is incomplete. You should be able to select all of the rows in a table and then press Ctrl-C to copy it. You can then paste it into a spreadsheet program and manipulate it there.

The plan is to add a print button to most views pretty soon, and allow data to be exported to file.
