do completed projects get hidden after a while?

Completed projects won't disappear after a while. If they are marked completed, they won't they won't be available for assigning issues, but they'll still exist in the Projects tab.

In the next release, there will be a new feature in the Projects tab that allows the list to be filtered. Closed projects will be filterable from that tab at that time.
