[Topic] Can not enabled additional users

In Version 1 client additional users can not be created. I was able to create additional users in Version 0.8. Is this limitation intentional?

Starting with version 1.0, additional licenses are required to enable multiple users. Free trial licenses are available by going to the "Purchase" page and then clicking on the "Trial" link.
