Change task to a subtask

Tasks can be turned into sub-tasks by going to the Issues tab and toggle edit mode on (click on the pencil button). In edit mode, records can be dragged and dropped. Simply drag the task and drop it on another issue. It will then become a sub-task of that issue. To make it its own task again, drag it and drop it on the parent issue and it will be removed as a sub-task.
