[Topic] Tab "Time" not visible

The tab "Time" (see http://agiletrack.net/images/screenshot_time.png ) is not visible. I am logged in with all rights.

Perhaps a problem with my database? I use it since version 0.7c, but there was never an error when the database was updated.
