5.4.2. Time Estimate

Projects can be given time estimates as a means of categorizing them. Time estimates on projects are considered very high level and inaccurate, but they can be useful for long term planning and are provided with that in mind. Better estimates should be made at the story and task level and planned into appropriately sized iterations in order to achieve higher accuracy in estimates.
